  • Registration number issued by the concerned authority.

  • Important Documents:

  • PAN card of the organization.

  • Trust deed, MOA (Memorandum of Association), or any other registration document.

  • Clearly describe the purpose of your organization, mission, and primary activities.

Step 5: Add Governing Members’ Details 

Provide information of at least three governing members, such as:

  • Full name as per Aadhaar card.

  • Aadhaar number.

  • Designation in the organization.

Prepare and upload scanned copies of the following:

  • Organization’s PAN card.
