The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is an autonomous body established under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. FSSAI Central License: For large-scale food businesses with an annual turnover exceeding ?20 crores, importers, exporters, etc.

FSSAI registration involves submitting an online application along with the required documents and paying the applicable fees.

FSSAI regulates food safety and standards in India through various regulations, guidelines, and standards.
