Form ADT- 1- It is used by a corporation to notify the registrar of
companies about the appointment of an auditor after the annual general meeting
has concluded (AGM). This is required by Section 139 (1) of the new Companies
Act 2013, and this form must be filed every year following the AGM at which the
auditor was named.
Form AOC 4-
It is used to
file financial statements with the Registrar of Companies at the end of each financial
year (ROC). The corporation must file the AOC 4 CFS in the case of consolidated
financial statements.
Form AOC-4
(XBRL) - Only
corporations and insolvent excluded private entities are expected to file their
financial statements in XBRL format.
Form MGT-7-Filing of
Annual Return with List of shareholders, debenture holders, Share Transfer,
MGT-8 within 60 days from the date of AGM.
Form
CRA-4-CRA-4 Form is
used for filing the cost audit report.
Form
MGT-14- The purpose of E-form
is Filing of resolutions with MCA regarding approval of Board Report and Annual
Accounts with Certified true copy of the resolution within 30 days from the
date of concerned Board Meeting.
